Train Station
Imagine a small red brick train station
On dual tracks of the Southern line
Mansard-roof, red clay tiles
Waiting room, luggage room, ticket office.
Go sit on one of the green-painted benches
On the platform
Listen to the rain and
Wait. Wait patiently if need be and
When this poem pulls in
Climb aboard.
